Discovery Elementary PTSA’s Walk-a-thon

Wednesday, October 4^th 
9:30 - 10:20 am (Grades 3 - 5)
10:30 - 11:15 am (Grades K - 2)

This walkathon is our largest fundraising event and we urge your student to have fun and participate! The money raised will be used to support enrichment programs and school events that are not funded by state and district budgets. Without your support, many programs and events would not exist.

• Students will raise money by collecting donations and walking laps during the walk-a-thon.
• Our goal is to raise $60,000 for Discovery PTSA.
• Ask your neighbors, family, and friends to support your child in the walk-a-thon.
• Water, snacks, and first aid will be available onsite.
• The theme is Seahawks (Seattle's Football Team), so wear Seahawks clothing, or Seahawk colors (navy blue and green) on Wednesday, Oct. 4^th.
• Blitz, the Seahawks mascot, will be there to cheer everyone on!
• BONUS PRIZE! Raise $125 (per student) or more and receive a Discovery Elementary Drawstring Bag!
• All money is due Wednesday, October 11^th.
