Discovery Yearbook

Hi 5th Grade Families,

Complete these steps to ensure your student is included in the special 5^th grade section of the yearbook. All entries are due by Tuesday, 3/26/24.

5^th GRADE STUDENTS:

Fill out the 5^th grade survey: https://forms.gle/zAXz58rkCQgFL6Wz6 All the 5^th grade answers will be made into graphs and charts. Your individual answers with your name will not be shared.

PARENTS/CAREGIVERS:

Volunteer at a 5th grade yearbook session.

  - Thursday, 3/28/24 from 1-3pm,
  - Friday, 3/29 from 9:30am-12pm.

Each year, our Discovery yearbook is a celebration of our students and our Discovery community with events, photos and fun memories.

This year's yearbook cover will be designed by a Discovery student! Guidelines and submission info here. Deadline is 11/13/23 at 9am.

Until 1/31/24 - Yearbooks cost $20.

Starting 2/1/24 - Yearbook price increases to $30.

April 18, 2024 - Last day to reserve a yearbook.

Yearbooks must be pre-ordered to be guaranteed a copy. We do not buy additional yearbooks to sell at the end of the school year.
