Can I approve minutes after Feb 2nd?

Did I complete the registration process?

Please make sure your child is registered! We had people log and approve minutes, but no teacher was assigned. Make sure to choose your student(s), select the grade(s) and the teacher(s).

How do I register?

  1. Go to Eager reader page. Click “Register” on the top menu bar.
  2. Create a PTSA website account or login to your existing account.
  3. Name, grade, and teacher of each student must be entered into the database.
  4. You must finish the entire registration process for your account to be valid.
  5. You’ll be asked to provide an email address. We will only use this email address to communicate important Eager Reader information with you. The email address used should belong to a parent or guardian, not the student.

How do students log minutes read?

  1. Go to Eager Reader page. Click on the Eager Reader "For Students: Log Minutes" icon.
  2. Enter in your name and select your grade and teacher.
  3. Log minutes.
  4. Save changes.
  5. Parent/guardian will receive an email to confirm minutes read.

How do parents approve minutes read?

  1. Parent/guardian will receive an email to confirm minutes read.
  2. Click the “Eager Reader” icon on the homepage.
  3. Click on the Eager Reader "For Parents: Approve Minutes" icon.
  4. Sign in.
  5. Select the student you would like to approve minutes for.
  6. Approve all pending minutes for your student. Minutes will not be counted unless approved by parent/guardian.
  7. You DO NOT have to wait for a notification email to approve minutes. Log in anytime to approve any “pending" minutes.
  8. Be sure to check your junk mail!
