Our Discovery PTSA website is always the most up to date for current PTSA programs and events. Each event is run by parent volunteers and we need parent committees (you never have to do anything on your own!) for each event so reach out with your interest! There is something for everyone!

• Wednesday, 5/22/24 - Discovery Tours for Incoming Kindergarten Students and new families along with Popsicles with PTSA afterwards.
• Spring 2024 - Playdates for Incoming Kindergarten Students & their families. Watch here for more information.
• Spring 2024 - School Toolbox school supply kits for 2024-25 go on sale. 
• Wednesday, May 1st - Family STEAM Night. Sign up to volunteer here: https://signup.com/go/DPpkHUO.
• May 6th-10th - Discovery Staff Appreciation Week
• Monday, June 3rd at 6pm at Discovery - PTSA General Meeting
• June 2024 - Yearbook distribution

• Monthly: Popcorn Fridays rain or shine thanks to Maha and Leigha!
• Ongoing: Curriculum grants submissions. PTSA Cares, Discovery Math Challenge (online), ParentWiser virtual &in-person parent ed lectures, Cultural Bridges digital magazines, and Community Connections with Kathy.
• Hopefully: We will add some additional family social events. Please reach out if you have any events you would like see and help make happen. 
• Complete your district volunteer application here. You must be cleared by the district to volunteer during the school day. It is required each year for returning volunteers.
