Learn how to balance screen time with a family media plan at this special Parent Ed event

Topics covered include:
• How screen use impacts the mental health of children
• How to create a balance with media usage now and during the summer months
• Ideas and resources for creating a family media plan

The presentation, May 22nd from 6-8pm at Creekside Elementary, will be hosted by Jocelyn Skillman LMHC, MHP, CMHS.
Jocelyn is a mother, mental health counselor, and child mental health specialist supporting individuals and families on the Eastside. She strives to passionately support our community in navigating the impact of media use and screen time. She has been a featured panelist and presenter at multiple agencies and events including three State of Mind Conferences hosted by the Issaquah Schools Foundation.
